A Mystery Scoop is a fun surprise experience! Each scoop contains mystery capsules filled with cute, pet-themed surprises. You won't know exactly what you'll receive until you open them—that's part of the fun!
🎁 Can I choose my items?
Nope! That's what makes it a mystery! Items are randomly selected from our Mystery Capsule Jar, so each scoop is a surprise.
💙 What is a Special Capsule?
Special Capsules are drawn from our exclusive Special Capsule Jar and contain premium surprises, limited finds, and exclusive items that you won't find in our regular Mystery Capsule Jar.
🔄 Will I receive duplicate items?
We do our best to keep each scoop fun and varied, but because items are randomly selected, duplicates are possible. Every scoop is different!
⭐ Can I request a specific character or item?
Mystery Scoops are randomly selected, so we cannot guarantee specific characters, colors, designs, or items. That's part of the mystery and surprise!
📦 How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 7 business days. Shipping time varies depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional details.
💗 How does Beagle Scoops support rescues?
Beagle Scoops is committed to supporting dogs in need — a portion of our future proceeds will go to beagle rescue organizations. 🐾

Please note: your scoop video may be selected to feature on our social media. If you did not opt in, your video will not be tagged and your name will not be called out.
We film every scoop being packed! If you'd like your video, just reply to your order confirmation email within 48 hours of receiving it and let us know:
- Email me the video
- Post on social and tag me! (posted after delivery; timeline varies)
- No reply needed if you'd prefer to pass — we'll assume no thanks! 🐾
💌 Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final because Beagle Scoops is a small business and our Mystery Scoops contain randomly selected items. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

By purchasing our mystery boxes, you agree to the following terms. Safety notice: Items included in our Mystery Scoop packages are not intended for small children or animals. Please keep all items out of reach of young children and pets, as some items may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard (Not for children under 3 years of age).
Age Restriction: All items, including earrings, pins, and accessories, are curated novelty items intended for adults and young adults. They are not intended for children under 14 years of age.
Materials & Allergies: Sourced items may contain base metals, plated metals, or alloys. We cannot guarantee that items are entirely nickel-free or hypoallergenic. Please wear and handle items with caution if you have known skin sensitivities or metal allergies.
The Nature of Mystery Scoops/Boxes: Due to the surprise nature of our products, all sales of mystery boxes are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or item choices
