Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our capsule scoops contain surprise items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on the contents of your scoop.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will make it right.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out and we will work with you to resolve it.
